Exchange & Return Policy - Chocolate Blanko

In the case that you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a convenient 15-day return policy. All items must be returned in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging in order to be fully refunded.

Your exchange or return item must be dated and delivered at Swiss Post office, or a preferred courier service before the sixteenth day from delivery of your shipment to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

There are no exchanges or returns on final sale merchandise.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The fastest and easiest way to exchange an item is to place a new order online for the item you want, and send back the item you don't want for a refund. This ensures the item(s) you want will not sell out.

  2. Complete and detach the return form; then, place the item(s) and the exchange form in the shipping box. Ensure the package is secured correctly and the return address is properly placed.

  3. Take your package to the nearest Swiss Post office, or preferred courier service. Make sure to keep your new tracking number for future reference. Once we receive your exchange shipment and check that everything is in order, we will credit your money back to the original method of payment you used at the time of purchase. Note: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  2. Take your package to the nearest Swiss Post office, or a preferred courier service. Make sure to keep your new tracking number for future reference. RETURN RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

  •  Any item(s) (excluding on sale items) purchased from www.ChocolateBlanko.com can be returned for a full refund within 15 days with your return form. Items without a return form are not eligible for return and/or refund.
  •  Item(s) must be in original condition with original tags and packaging to ensure full credit.
  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  •  All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept collect on COD deliveries.
  •  It is recommended that you use Swiss Post, or any insured parcel post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.
  •  Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  •  If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, email us immediately at info@ChocolateBlanko.com. We will send the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item(s) will be replaced.
  •  Chocolate Blanko will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

All of our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item(s) upon arrival, please email us immediately at info@ChocolateBlanko.com. Please provide us with details of the defective item(s). Make sure you include your contact information such as, first name, last name, telephone number, and order number. We will be happy to help you.
