Item Availability

Chocolate Blanko makes every effort to maintain sufficient items in stock. You can check the availability of our products on the product detail page as:

  •  Add to shopping cart (in-stock)
  •  Advanced sale (backorder)

We will process your order immediately after the following three requirements are met:

  •  The item(s) is/are in stock
  •  Your payment is approved
  •  The address is verified
 

If your item is in stock we will ship it within two business days. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery time may vary according to the shipping method you selected and the location of your shipping address. Please note that our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal Swiss holidays.

Advanced sale (backorder items)

Advanced sale or backorder items are items that are temporarily out of stock, but available for future purchases on our site. When you order through “advanced sale", you will be notified of the status of your item via email. The item will be shipped to you once it becomes available.

Important information: You will be charged for your order upon shipping.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Chocolate Blanko uses one reliable courier to deliver our products to your front door. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose your preferred shipping method for your item(s). Shipping cost depends on the shipping method you select. 

We trust Swiss Post for orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

    Orders may only be shipped within Switzerland during business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal Swiss holidays.

    Your shipping cost will automatically calculate after selecting the “shipping method” on the checkout page.

  •  

    We must receive your order and confirm your credit card authorization by 12:00 PM (noon) CET otherwise your order will not be processed until the following business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including overnight delivery.

  •  

    All expedited orders require a street address.

  •  

    You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
